Welcome to the Timberlane Homeowners Association (HOA) website. Timberlane is a covenant protected community. This site is dedicated to providing you, the homeowner, with information about our community and other areas of interest.

Timberlane subdivision is a small community of just over 100 spacious homes located in a secluded area. Situated just off Highway 22 in Madisonville, LA, we offer easy access to Interstate 12 and the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway. Timberlane is just a few miles from shopping and is surrounded by some of the best restaurants on the Northshore.

Please note the Parish has installed a sign at the entrance to the subdivision regarding on-street parking. Our streets are Parish roadways, not private. It is a violation of Parish Ordinance 13-02.00 to park on the street, and after 48 hours cars may be ticketed and towed. It has been reported that the Sheriff’s Office has recently issued several warnings to homeowners who have left their vehicles parked on the street overnight. HOA board members have received complaints in recent weeks concerning vehicles and trailers left parked on the streets overnight. Be aware that when we receive such complaints, that the Sheriff’s Office is called.

Also, be aware that parking facing against the direction of traffic is also a violation. The Sheriff’s Office has been patrolling in the subdivision lately.
